NZSG is part of the APAGE Task Force on Green and Sustainability in Gastroenterology!
The Executive are pleased to announce the Dr David Rowbaotham, a member of the NZSG Sustainability Working Group has been appointed to the APAGE Task Force on Green and Sustainability in Gastroenterology.
Key Deliverables of the Task Force are:
To promote academic publications and research in Green and Sustainability Issues in Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Gastrointestinal Endoscopy in the Asian Pacific region.
To work on holding scientific sessions on Green and Sustainability in GI for APDW 2026 and APDW 2027.
To plan to hold an APAGE monothematic meeting on Green and Sustainability in GI
in 2027.
The Executive and our Sustainability Working Group are looking forward to sharing news on the Task Force in future panui.
