Adolescent and Young Adult Transplant - Services Survey
The TSANZ Adolescent and Young Adult (AYA) Working Group are currently undertaking a survey to map AYA specific services available to young people with solid organ transplants. The purpose of the survey is to establish whether or not services are available and we are equally interested in units without specific AYA supports in place.
We would appreciate your participation via the link below. We anticipate the survey will take 15 minutes to complete. The survey has received ethics approval from Alfred Health ethics committee. Please direct any queries to the principal investigator, Dr Miranda Paraskeva who can be contacted via TSANZ
They are interested in services across Australia and New Zealand and would appreciate it if you could forward this to your relevant networks and complete if relevant https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/C9ZC5MD
